Here, I will tell you how to reinstall them. The commands and the steps below will help you to get what you want, so read them carefully and get the information you needed. 

1st Method: Use Settings to Reinstall Microsoft Store

First of all, you can perform this method only in Windows 10 1803 or above only. 

  • First of all, go to the Settings app.
  • Click on the Apps.
  • Tap on the Apps and features. 
  • Go to the Microsoft Store entry.
  • Now click on the Advanced options, just below the entry. 
  • You can Reset it from the Reset Button when you will do it. It will reinstall all the pre-installed apps which you have uninstalled.
  • Click on the Confirm.

You will get back all of your Microsoft preinstalled applications as well as install the Microsoft store which you have uninstalled earlier. It will reinstall the windows 10 store to your system. 

2nd Method: Using PowerShell to Reinstall Individual Apps 

  • Type Windows PowerShell in the search box. 
  • With the help of admin rights open PowerShell.
  • Now you will have to right-click on the PowerShell and then click on Run as administrator. 
  • You will get the PowerShell prompt, you will have to type the following command- Get-Appxpackage-Allusers and tap Enter.
  • You will have to scroll down and find the entry of the Store App. 
  • Copy (Ctrl+C) the package full name.
  • If you are trying to reinstall any other app then again find its entry and copy its full package name. 
  • Now at last, execute these commands: Add-AppxPackage -register “C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\<PackageFullName>” –DisableDevelopmentMode
  • Now, replace the packagefullname with the package name of the windows store. As well as you will have to replace the letter C with the drive letter where Windows 10 is installed. 

3rd Method: Using PowerShell in reinstalling all the apps at once

Store apps and all the default apps will also get installed after using the following commands. When you will reinstall all apps you will also need to reconfigure them because you might lose the data stored in apps. 

You will able to reinstall almost all of the apps but you may not be able to reinstall Cortana or Edge. 

  1. Type PowerShell in the search box and click Ctrl+Shift+Enter keys simultaneously.
  2. Close all the running apps, if any of them is running in the background.
  3. You will need to write the following commands in the PowerShell.

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

  1. Now, press Enter.
  2. It will take a while and you will see some error notifications but do not worry. You will get your job completed in no time.
  3. Once these above steps get completed just open the start menu and search the app that you had wanted to reinstall. 

4th Method: Creating a new user account 

  1. To create a new account, go to the account section of the setting app.
  2. Now, the clock over the Family and other Users. 
  3. Click on ‘Add someone else to this PC’
  4. Follow the instructions and create a new user account. 
  5. Once the new account is created transfer the required data from the old one to the new one.
